The building is quite old and needs some refurbishing.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Florence. The location is great, as it is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the main attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast included a good range of options, although the orange juice was a bit too diluted.
